Andrena Finlay has been producing films since 1982, having studied at the UK’s National Film School. Her first short film won the 1983 BAFTA for Best Short Film. Features she has produced include Frauds, Me Myself I, and Razzle Dazzle: A Journey Into Dance, as well originating The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.

Her current film is Goddess, now in post-production.

Our panel of industry judges has chosen the seven films that will be screened at this year’s festival. The finalist films will be in competition for the Best Film award worth AU$9500 (including AU$1000 cash). The judges were: director and long-standing member of the Australian film industry Martha Ansara, director and editor Lucas Bradley, and the producers of The Tunnel Enzo Tedeschi & Julian Harvey.
