Natalie is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry as an actor. She now applies her deep understanding of human emotions and behaviour as a registered clinical counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice. Her unique background equips her with an empathic and insightful approach to supporting individuals through life’s challenges.
In addition to her one-on-one therapy work, Natalie facilitates psychological skills programs in the psychiatric hospital sector, addressing key areas such as anxiety, depression, anger management, and substance use recovery. She combines evidence-based practices with a person-centered philosophy, helping clients take care of their mental health journeys with compassion and empowerment.
Natalie’s work is particularly informed by her experiences in the entertainment industry, where issues of self-esteem, self-worth, and mental health are often heightened.
