Alan Maxwell has done everything from working as a typographer to spending 14 years directing TV commercials in Australia and the UK. He has worked with agencies such as Singleton Ogilvy & Mather, J. Walter Thompson, and McCann-Erickson for brands such as McDonald’s, Ford, and Shell.
This wide range of directing experience in film and TV eventually expanded into visual effects (VFX). At this month’s Choc Tops meeting, Alan will talk about how directors and actors can approach working in scenes involving VFX.
