Guest Speaker: Peter Driscoll
Peter Driscoll Peter is an entrepreneur and chartered accountant who has built a number of successful businesses. He has a university degree and post-graduate qualifications in business.
Starting working life as an accountant in a small firm, Peter started running the business soon after. Under his management the business grew to over thirty employees across multiple offices. By his early thirties he was able to sell the business and enjoy the fruits of his labour.
Peter is now the CEO of Prestige Worldwide Financial Group, which has three divisions:
- Global financial services specialising in project and business funding,
- Film financing and producing, and
- Australian financial services.
The film financing and producing business represents filmmakers in the USA, Australia, and Europe and helps them in obtaining and structuring finance.
Peter holds Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Financial Management and has been a university lecturer and presented at many seminars around the world. He also works as an actor.
Peter is involved with community organisations such as the PCYC (Police Citizens Youth Clubs) as well as with bush regeneration and marine animal rescue.
